My experience inspecting homes dates back to 1993, and today I'm an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) and an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot, based in Carlsbad and serving San Diego County. Every inspection I perform follows the InterNACHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. My training includes advanced coursework in electrical systems, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, fireplaces and chimneys, stucco and EIFS, moisture intrusion, infrared thermography, pools and spas, and defect recognition and report writing. I hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and I spent more than 20 years in the life sciences industry evaluating complex technical programs and communicating findings clearly to decision makers. I bring that same discipline to every home: a methodical process, careful documentation, and a clear, objective report that helps buyers, sellers, homeowners, and real estate professionals make informed decisions.
