Drone Roof Inspection
An aerial visual inspection of the roof by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot, with detailed photos of roof surfaces, flashings, and penetrations. Included with every full home inspection and available on its own, with an optional 2D orthomosaic map and 3D roof model.
Pool & Spa Inspection
An inspection of the visible structure, surfaces, equipment, and electrical components of a residential pool or spa, following the InterNACHI Pool and Spa Standards of Practice. Available on its own or alongside a full home inspection.
